Swansea University Wellbeing and Disability Service have been shortlisted as finalists for the Mental Health & Wellbeing Wales Awards 2023 for the Best Mental Health Support Service. This category is for mental health support services that have shown and provided exceptional help to individuals through their daily actions as an organisation.

This is a great achievement as the selection process by the independent panel of judges was very tough, with a record number of applications received. The judges noted that they were hugely impressed by the work that the service is doing.

The Swansea University Wellbeing and Disability Service delivers mental health support, counselling, disability support and Autism support for students who are experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties or long-term conditions. Our submission highlighted how the service has delivered over 57,000 appointments to students over the last 5 years to support their health and wellbeing whilst at university. (more…)

You may also find that your usual routes and access around the building will be temporarily altered. Signage and wayfinding assistance will be in place to help you. If you have teaching scheduled in Fulton House, please give yourself additional time to get familiar with the temporary routes. (more…)
