If you are taking a supplementary assessment this academic year (19/20) it may be facilitated via Red Canvas logo over hands typing on a keyboardthe Canvas platform. In support of this the Canvas Project Team have produced some helpful guides and information for students on how to use the platform.

It’s the same guidance produced for the assessment period, but has been updated in part to reflect our learning and can be accessed on the following link:

Student Canvas Assessment Guidance: https://canvas.swansea.ac.uk/courses/20041

Blackboard is being switched off on the 31/07/20, and although you will have access to your academic content from previous years via our “Module Archive”, we advise you to take a copy of any assignments you might need for any supplementary assessment preparation/revision, or future use, prior to Blackboard being switched off.

If you need help or support with the system itself, Canvas Support is available 24/7 365 days a year in the following ways:

• Canvas Support Hotline
• Canvas Chat
• Report a problem

You can access these avenues of support via the Canvas Help icon on the Canvas Platform https://canvas.swansea.ac.uk/
