Over the summer the university launched Canvas as our new Digital Learning Platform, replacing Blackboard.
Canvas be accessed from within your university apps and the MyUni webpages or through this link.
Canvas is easy to use, so you’ll be able to start navigating the platform straight away, however if you do encounter any problems we have created a handy “Canvas Support Infographic” outlining where to get help if you need it.
In addition to this, we’ve produced a comprehensive guide called “Passport to Canvas”, which can be accessed on this link.
“Passport to Canvas” will always be available to you, meaning that you can go through the material in one go, or dip in and out of it as you wish.

When i am trying to click links on canvas, it is telling me the files are locked. How can I resolve this?

You’ll see a Canvas Help icon where there are a number of options:
• Canvas Support Hotline
• Canvas Chat
• Report a problem
