Update on University services during the two week ‘fire-break’: Following the Welsh Government announcement on Monday of the two week ‘fire-break’, we would like to reassure you that there are no changes to teaching at Swansea University.
We remain committed to ensuring students have access to our services, however there will be a slight change to some of our opening hours due to Government regulations during this time.

Costcutter – Singleton
Open as usual: Monday-Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday & Sundays 9am-10pm
Tesco – Bay Campus
Open as usual: 6am – midnight daily
Kitchen Click and Collect
Open at Singleton and the Bay Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm for collection and 8am – 3pm for delivery. Full information online here.
The Kitchen, Singleton Park Campus and Fusion Counter in the Core, Bay Campus
Hot food takeaway service available from 8am – 2.30pm, Monday to Friday.
*Please note Callaghans on Singleton Park Campus and Costa @ The College on Bay will close for the duration of the Firebreak.
Bus travel will be affected during the Firebreak, however the 8 and 10 Campus to Campus services will continue to run as per the current timetable.
Other services will be affected including X1, X5 and 38 which will run at hourly intervals between the Quadrant Bus station and Bay Campus – you can find out more on First Cymru’s covid-19 webpage.
Park and Ride services will be closed for the duration of the Firebreak. Info is available on Swansea Council’s webpage.

Togetherall
Togetherall provides an anonymous online community as well as access to useful resources and tailored self-help courses covering topics such as anxiety, stress, sleep, weight management, depression and many more. Togetherall is monitored by professionally trained Wall Guides to ensure safety and anonymity so you can express yourself freely and openly.

If you feel that you urgently need help with your difficulties, it is important that you contact your GP, visit your nearest hospital emergency department or call NHS Wales on 111 to access any statutory care and support you may need.

All sports facilities will be closed from 6pm Friday 23rd October to Monday 9th November. Facilities will reopen on 9th November. Sessions will need to be pre-booked online. If you have any queries please email: sports-village-admin@swansea.ac.uk. During the Firebreak there will be a range of activities and sessions available online.
