Graduation headsPlease click here for important information regarding Covid-19 entry requirements and safety measures for the Winter Degree and Award Congregations taking place from 7th-9th December 2021. It is important that you familiarise yourself with the procedures and requirements if you are attending the event.

For entry, you will need to demonstrate your COVID-19 status by providing either:

  • A COVID Pass i.e. proof of full vaccination – both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the arrival at the venue); or
  • Proof of a negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow test (such test to be taken within 48 hours prior to attending the event at the venue)

Additionally, we recommend that you take a lateral flow test no more than 48 hours before attending as a precautionary measure. Lateral flow test kits can be collected from:

Singleton campus – Fulton Reception 9.30 to 1.30 and the reception areas of ILS1, Wallace, Digital Technion and Keir Hardie

Bay campus – Reception areas at Engineering Central, School of Management, The College and the Student Union in Y Twyni.

You can also obtain free tests from local pharmacies or find out more information on the NHS website

If you have any questions after consulting the Covid-19 information and FAQs, please contact the Graduation Office by emailing:

We look forward to seeing you at the ceremonies.

 Kind Regards
