Christmas Arrangements/Opening Times from Estates & Facilities Management

In line with University plans, the majority of our services will close from 4pm Thursday 23^rd December until 8am Tuesday 4^th January.

Campus Services staff will be present on each campus to support the library opening and campus cleanliness/environment from 10am-6pm on 29 and 30 December. Security Services will continue to operate on campus 24/7 during this period. Visit the webpages for contact details.

Estates Customer Services

Our Fulton House Reception Desk will be closed from Monday 20^th December. You can still contact the team until 4pm on Thursday 23rd.

Catering Services

With decreasing footfall on campus and to support the launch of the new catering outlets and offers coming to you from Swansea Uni Food in the New Year, we will be running a reduced catering service from week commencing 13^th December, with outlets closing for Christmas as follows:

Singleton Park Campus

• The Kitchen Click & Collect – Closed from Saturday 18^th December
• Callaghans – Closed from Saturday 11^th December

Please note Costcutter will be open until 2pm on 23^rd December and reopens at 8am on Monday 3 January 2022.

Bay Campus

• The Kitchen Click & Collect (The Core) – Closed from Saturday 18^th December
• Costa @ The College – Closed from Saturday 11^th December

Please note Tesco will be open until 5pm on 23^rd December and reopens at 8am on Saturday 27^th December.

Sports Facilities

All Swansea Bay Sports Park opening times, including the Sport Swansea Gyms, can be found online here.

Singleton Gym will be open for half days only between the 29^th and 31^st December for essential maintenance.

Travel

• Campus to Campus Bus Services

The First Bus holiday timetable will be in place from Sunday 12^th December. The new 2022 term time timetable will commence on 4^th January 2022 and will include 24 hour services! You can find out more and download the timetables over on the First Bus website.

• Rail Services

Don’t forget University staff and students continue to get free use of Santander Cycles, so if you’re working/studying in Swansea over the festive season, you can get from campus to campus by bike. More info here.
