Zoom Phone Announcement

We are pleased to announce that Zoom phone will be live on 31st January and the Alcatel and Soft phone will be retired.

Can you please ensure you have downloaded the application and are fully set up to use the Zoom phone. Handsets will be swapped out and new hardware delivered as required by 28th January.

The old handsets still in situ, will be collected from 1st February. DECT users should collect their new mobile phone from the library.
