Work Opportunity! Clearing Helpline 2022

It’s the time of year when the Admissions Office processes all Swansea University applicants’ examination results and also receives thousands of phone calls from applicants who are looking for a place through Clearing. This year we are seeking help from students across the University who would be interested in staffing the Helpline.

• The Clearing Helpline runs from Thursday 18th August to Friday 26th August (including the weekend of 20th-21st)
• Staff must also attend x1 training session w/c 1st August or w/c 8th August

Application Deadline: Wednesday 29th July 2022

Please note: This opportunity will take place on-campus, so remote working will be unavailable. At this time, Swansea University is unable to provide accommodation, so it is recommended that you are living in Swansea, or able to commute for your shifts. However, please get in touch if you would be interested and available to work, but would require accommodation to do so in August.
