LGBT History Month Celebrations: February 2015

LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) History Month takes place every year in February, and celebrates the lives and achievements of the LGBT community.

The Equal Opportunities team and the LGBT+ Staff Network will be recognising LGBT History month this year by holding a range of free events, which are open to all students and staff:

• Flying the flags! : throughout February, Fulton House
• Information stall and exhibit of famous LGBT people: Tues 10 February, 10am – 2pm, Fulton House
• Free film Screening of ‘Pride’: Weds 18 February, 2pm, Taliesin (pre-booking advised)
• LGBT+ Staff Network Panel Discussion: Weds 25 February, 12 – 1.30pm, SURF Room
