no cycling

South Wales Police have received a number of complaints from members of the public in the Brynmill and Uplands area regarding cyclists using the pavement.  We would like to take this opportunity to remind readers that it is an offence to cycle on a pavement and officers in those areas will be issuing fixed penalty notices.
