26 April: Essential network maintenance work
Essential network maintenance work will be carried out Friday 26 April between 6am-7am to improve the University’s network resilience. This will result in intermittent access to the internet and any services dependent upon it, including email, eduroam and telephony.

ZENWorks Applications Window Upgrade 29th April to 1st May 2019
There is planned maintenance being undertaken on the ZENWorks Server Operating System from Monday 29th April to Wednesday 1st May inclusive.
Why?
We are making sure that our systems and services remain in support and are secure.
How will this affect me?
Using applications from the ZENWorks/Unified desktop on managed PCs and laptops/Surfaces may be ‘at risk’. Any applications you routinely use should remain available (e.g. Word, Outlook), note, but any applications that you have not used before may be intermittently unavailable.

Exam time @ The Chaplaincy
If you are in need of some support or an opportunity to take a break from revision and looking for somewhere to relax then the Chaplaincy service offer the following:
- Tea, coffee and biscuits on offer all day in the Chaplaincy Centre (to the right of Fulton House, next to Discovery)
- A quiet room open all day for individual reflection and time out
- 20 minute Meditation sessions (12.30pm on Mondays in Room A, Students Union, Bay Campus; 8.30am daily & 1pm on Thursday in the Chaplaincy Centre, Singleton)
- A confidential listening service for anyone in need of a sympathetic ear (appointments can be booked via email campuslife@swansea.ac.uk or tel. (01792) 606557
- De-stress days (Tues 14 May, 12pm – 4pm The College, Bay Campus & Wed 15th May 10am – 4pm The Taliesin, Singleton
- Information, support and guidance to all Muslim students and staff during Ramadan
