We are researching and investigating beliefs, attitudes and opinions of current consumers on potential new food products. The aim of this research is to help identify scope and strategies for future development of new food products.
You will complete a short online questionnaire to record demographic information, including your age, gender, and current diet. You will then be allocated to a small focus group that will take place online via a Zoom meeting, during which you will be asked to discuss your opinions and beliefs about a potential new food product.
