The Lounge: Journaling for Wellbeing

CONNECTLearn how to express your thoughts and feelings through writing to improve your wellbeing and overall health in this session ‘Journaling for Wellbeing’ delivered by Crystal Jukes, Mindset Coach and Neurolinguistic Practitioner.

Journaling is proven to reduce anxiety, depression, and stress, clarify thoughts and emotions and help you connect with yourself on a deeper level.

This takes place on Wednesday 16th February 2-3pm at The Lighthouse, Singleton Campus.
